Local-Only Architecture

AirRoom TV operates entirely as a local network endpoint receiver. All audio, video, and screen data packets are transmitted directly between the source Apple device and the receiver Android TV.

No external proxy relays, remote servers, or analytics databases are utilized to intercept or process streaming traffic.

Open Source Transparency

The entire codebase of AirRoom TV is hosted publicly on GitHub. This public code repository allows security auditing, code inspection of protocol implementations, and validation of privacy assertions by independent developers and users.

Protocol Security

AirRoom TV implements native connection handshakes and media streams locally. No internet access is required to receive mirroring, and all processes execute within the standard system sandboxing security layers of the Android operating system.
